FAQ
1. Where do you buy/source the shirts you use?
We order our tees thru several different wholesalers. The brands I use most are tulex, Bella + canvas, Next Level, LAT, and alternative apparel.
2. Any suggestions on maternity tees/sizing?
If you would like an actual maternity tee, I am able to custom order that for you. Any pocket you see in the shop can be added to your maternity tee. Another option is grabbing a unisex fit tee in a size up. Unisex tees run longer already, so sizing up one will make it even longer and wider to cover a bump.
3. I'm worried about the fabric bleeding onto my white tee, how should we wash?
Make sure to wash all your tees on cold, inside out (to protect the pocket stitching) and then tumble dry low. On the white tees, hang dry instead to make sure the fabric doesn't bleed onto the white tee from the dryer heat. Make sure to tumble dry your pocket tees on low so that the cotton pocket doesn't shrink.
4. Can I order a custom pocket tee?
Absolutely! I love making custom orders. Message me with colors/patterns you're wanting to use and I will send you different options that might work! Custom tees are a little more expensive due to the amount of time it takes to communicate all the customization, as well as ordering custom fabric! Please finalize order at least two weeks out from when tee is needed as ordering fabric may take a little longer.
5. Are there size charts for the t-shirts?
Yes! Each listing has a size chart in the photos that is the brand of that tee. I use different brands of tees depending on the shirt style and color, so make sure to look for size chart in the photos, as well as a description of the fit in the item description. Women's fit will fit a little shorter and fitted, while unisex fit will be longer and wider. Please note, if you multiply body width by 2 it should be your bra size!
6. I've seen you offer mystery tees at a discount rate, do you do that regularly or is that only special sales?
I love doing mystery tees! It helps me clear inventory when I need to make room AND y'all get cute tees at a very reasonable price! I only do these a few times a year (like I said, when my shelves are too full for new ones), so make sure to watch for them and when you do, grab a few!
7. What is a mystery tee sale?
A mystery tee sale is when you choose your size and I send a tee of my choice (color and pocket!) all for a very discounted price!
8. Where do you find your inspiration/design options?
I am always keeping my eyes open for fabrics that pop out to me. I love the idea of a plain tee with a pop of pattern. I watch for all the colors of the next season. 9. Do you have plus sizes? If not, can we provide you with a plus size shirt?
Yes! Most of the tees I order are available in 2X, 3X, and 4X. Message me if you are wanting a size that isn't listed and I will double check to see if it's available. If you have a tee you love and would like to add a pocket, yes you can send it my way and I will only charge for the pocket I add to it.
10. What is your turn around time?
Please look in the item description, because it depends on the tee and when it arrives to me. Due to being handmade, the tees take up to 3 days to make and package. Item will be shipped within 3-5 days depending on if shipment day falls on a weekend. Etsy automatically sends your tracking info, but if you're ever concerned about the timing of your package, reach out to us. Unfortunately, once the post office has your package, there is not much I can do about delivery time, but of course am willing to help if your package gets lost or damaged.
11. Do you take returns?
Unfortunately, since my tees are made to order, I don't accept returns unless your order arrives damaged. Please message me within one day of delivery date (posted on your tracking). I will always want to make it right!
12. Do you take exchanges?
I know sizing of tees can be hard. Yes! I do offer exchanges, but you need to let me know within one day of delivery (based off tracking) and it needs to be sent to me within 3 days of receiving. I will pay for you to ship back to me, but you will need to cover shipping back to you.
13. Do you offer matching tees not listed?
Yes! We would work this like a custom, but if you see a pocket you love on the site, I can make it on both adult and child/baby tees. So if you see a fabric you love, reach out and we can start a custom mommy and me set!
