Shipping policy

If you need to exchange your order, we asked that you ship the item(s) back to us and as soon as we receive the item(s)and see that they haven't been washed or altered in any way, we will send replacements and new tracking.

Because we make your items** to order, order can take anywhere from 5-7 days to make and ship out. Please message us with any questions if time is of concern.

**Beach bags take 10-14 days to make to order. 

We work hard making your items in a timely manner and getting them shipped within our timeframe we list. Once the package is with the shipping entity we can not guarantee arrival time. However, if the package is late (10 or more days without tracking being updated) we will replace the item.
