Stitch Together: Parent & Me Sewing Workshop

A creative experience designed for parents and kids to learn sewing side-by-side.

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to use a sewing machine from top to bottom, while working together on a simple project you can take home.

My teaching style is very visual and hands-on, which helps beginners feel comfortable with their machines and learn how to troubleshoot common issues. Sewing machines can be a little picky, so understanding how they work makes a huge difference.

This class is a fun way to spend time together while learning a practical skill you can keep using at home.

Ticket includes ONE ADULT + ONE CHILD

There are 3 sewing machines available to rent. If you are unable to reserve a rental machine, please plan to bring your own sewing machine. Parent/child pairs may share one machine or bring one machine each.

Because the class moves quickly, it is designed for children ages 6 and older.

You will receive communication the week of the event to remind you of event + any information

**Due to room rental, tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a different date available. 

Class will be in the Cedar Park Library makerspace studio and will start promptly at start time and end promptly at end time.
